Approach
Therapy is a collaborative process.
Our work together will offer practical, skills-based tools so growth feels insightful and usable in daily life.
My approach is culturally responsive and social justice–informed. Every person’s identity, background, and lived experience matters in the room.
Together, we work toward deeper self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a more grounded sense of self.
About Dr. Rachel
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist serving children, parents, and adults across the lifespan. My practice focuses on early relationships — especially the powerful bond between caregivers and children.
My certification in Child‑Parent Psychotherapy reflects advanced, specialized training in an evidence-based therapeutic model designed to support young children and their caregivers after experiences of stress, trauma, or relational disruption.
I specialize in childhood trauma, parent-child relationships, parenting, early childhood mental health, and perinatal and postpartum mental health.
When I am not seeing patients, you can find me tending to my small garden, practicing yoga, and playing at the park with my two daughters.
